Daily Schedule

  • 08:00 - 08:30   Centre opens, Washing hands, Free play

  • 08:30 - 09:20   Morning snack time, Circle time with story, song, and games

  • 09:20 – 10:20   Free play, Activity - Mon: Yoga, Stretching/ Tue-Thur: Art/ Fri:Sensory

  • 10:20 - 10:30   Diaper check/change

  • 10:30 – 11:30   Outdoor time, Gross motor exercise

  • 11:30 - 12:00   Lunch time, Clean up

  • 12:00 - 12:30   Diaper change, washroom routine

  • 12:30 - 02:30   Nap time (Quiet time for no napping children)

  • 02:30 – 03:30   Wake up, Afternoon Snack time, Clean up

  • 03:30 - 04:30   Diaper change, Outdoor/Indoor play

  • 04:30 - 05:00   Free Play, Closing daycare

ART IN DAYCARE is open 5 days a week, from 8AM until 5:00PM.  This is a sample of a typical day at our centre, but this may change based on the unique needs of the children in care.

Nap time is always encouraged, as children need a rest time to recharge and recuperate, but not mandatory.  Children who do not take a nap will be encouraged to have a quiet time .
